Our IPA deck covers the English sounds and symbols. We don't currently have a deck that covers the full IPA, in part because the full IPA is pretty huge (if you include diacritics and everything!), and in part because IPA is extrememly language dependent.

An English [k] is different from a French [k] or a Korean [k], and the vowels are even more varied. So while we could skim the surface of the IPA and make a larger deck, it's a tricky thing to do, since we'd always need to decide upon which language's sounds to use.
