In your shoes, I'd skip grammar and skip our 625 list, and focus on nailing pronunciation and getting some useful phrases into your head. Practically speaking, that means:
1. Get our pronunciation trainer and crank up the settings to double speed (instead of 20 spelling cards, 8 minimal pairs, 28 total cards each day, switch to 40 / 16 / 56 ) so you can get it finished up super fast
2. Grab a phrase book. Highlight all the sentences you think are going to be valuable for you.
3. Make a bunch of New Word Flashcards for every interesting word in each sentence (this may be for every single word in every single sentence for the first few sentences!)
4. If you want more personalized content, have a tutor help you make sentences that you think you'll need on your trip, using that phrasebook as a topic guide ("Oh, yeah! I need to be able to ask about busses, but this phrasebook doesn't really tell me how to ask about my specific hotel/tourist destination/beach/etc. I'll ask my tutor how to say that."): https://fluent-forever.com/italki-tutor-guide/
