You created a support ticket, asked something, and then the next time you hit the 'Create Ticket' button, you found out that your question has vanished! What gives?

For now, the easiest way to make sure you get an answer to your question is to always supply us with an email address when you ask us a question, so that you get your question answered via email, too.
That way your question/answer won't ever be lost entirely.
