Temporary Guide: How do I redeem a coupon code for a free month?

If you have received a coupon code for a free month in March 2020 via our initiative for folks stuck at home during the COVID-19 situation or through one of our partners, this guide will show you all the steps you need to follow to redeem it and get started.

Step 1: Log In or Sign Up

  • If this is your first time ever using our app and you need to make an account:

1. Visit https://fluent-forever.app/
2. Click "Sign Up"
3. Fill in the information
4. Verify your email address via the email automatically sent to you

  • If you’ve used the app before and already have an existing (expired) account:

1. Visit https://fluent-forever.app/
2. Log in with your account

Step 2: Redeem your coupon

Now that you have logged in the portal, let's get you the free month.

1. Select the "Monthly Plan" (the code can be used for the Monthly option only and it will be invalid for the other plans):

**Note: if you used the app before and have an expired subscription, you will find the plans under your name on the upper right -> Account -> Resubscribe.

2. Click/tap on "Single Language (Monthly) $9.99":

3. Enter your coupon code and hit the green button that will appear next to it to apply it:

4. Click/tap "Edit Cart":

5. Fill out your names and address and then click/tap "Next".

** Note: If you have used the app before, we might already have this information so you will not see this step:

6. You will see an overview of your information. Select "Pay $0.00 & Subscribe":

7. Ta-da! You are all set up.

Note: If you are a new user (haven't used the app before) you will also get 14 free days as a trial in addition to your free month. So don't worry if you see 14 days mentioned at this point. This only means you are getting even more free days so you will have 44 in total - 14 days as free trial + a free month. It will all happen automatically and no further actions are necessary on your end.

8. Download the app from the App Store or the Google Play Store and log in with the same account and login method that you used to log in/sign up on our website.
