  • Here is a set of pairs I got from the Fast Russian course. All of these pronunciations are on Forvo. I'm not a linguist so I can't say that they are technically minimal pairs, but they are close enough to help with ear-training and spelling. Enjoy!

    Set 1

    мы́ло Ми́ла
    рысь рис
    брат брать
    был бил
    сын си́ний
    лук люк
    пар царь
    нос нёс
    мэр ме́ра
    да́та дя́дя
    Во́лга о́льга
    стол сто́лько
    Дон день
    ты тигр

Some of them are inflected though - тек for example is the past tense masculine form of течь. You won't find тек in the dictionary as an entry, so keep in mind that some of these are grammatically altered forms of words.

    быть бить
    вол вёл
    говорит говорить
    дада дядя
    бот бьёт
    масса мяса
    шот счёт
    пот пьёт
    рад ряд
    сыт сит
    ток тёк
    мод мёд
    шок щёк
    тело тела
    вон вонь
    мел мель
    вес весь
    кор корь
