Mistake in book's IPA chart? [ɲ] and [ŋ] are swapped?

I was having trouble with the [ɲ] and [ŋ] sounds in Spanish, so I consulted the IPA chart on page 286 of Fluent Forever. I'm new to this stuff, but I think I found an error in the chart. It seems the [ɲ] and [ŋ] are in the wrong spot. They are swapped. The book has [ɲ] as a "back of the tongue" sound when it should be a middle tongue sound, and [ŋ] is listed as a middle tongue sound when it should be a back of the tongue sound. Gabe's IPA video (and every IPA chart I can find on the web) has the [ɲ] and [ŋ] sounds in the correct spots, so I think this may be a mistake in the book. That said, I found the chart very helpful for the sound /ɱ/. The LA Spanish Pronunciation Trainer doesn't seem to have any instructions for producing this sound, so I had a hard time with the card testing the pronunciation of enfermera (the n is a /ɱ/) The book cleared that up for me (it's a m with your bottom lip on your upper teeth).
