How to use the app

I have a subscription to the new app but am completely lost in how to use it...create cards, etc.

Are the instructions that you can refer me to?

I agree with you Jaqueline. There seems to be an element of hit and miss about it at the moment. Let's hope it gets sorted soon. I would love an instructions manual.
