To get formatted information (like conjugation charts) from a website onto your Anki flashcards, we don't recommend copying the text; we recommend taking a screen-grab/shot.
On a Mac, the default command is Command-Control-Shift-4. There's an article on this over here:

For Windows, there's a simple way involving the PrtSc (print screen) button and paint. You can learn how to do this here:

Specifically for Windows 8 and 10, you will be able to press the windows key+alt+S and you can select the part of the screen you would like to capture in a screenshot.
Note: As of September 12th 2019, we no longer provide official support for our Anki based pronunciation trainers and word lists. You are more than welcome to still purchase and use them, but the support we are able to offer for these products is limited. For supported languages, these materials are already built into the Fluent Forever app.
