Coaching subscriptions and schedules can be independently managed at fluent-forever.com.
For any additional assistance, users of both Fluent Forever app and/or Fluent Forever Live Coaching products (henceforth, “users”) should contact our Customer Happiness Team at https://help.fluent-forever.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Coaches are not able to assist users with changes to schedules or subscriptions. Declining or editing calendar invitations in Google Calendar or asking a coach to make a schedule or subscription change are not accepted forms of communication.
Live Coaching Subscriptions
Live Coaching Subscription Initiation Policy
From the date of purchase, the user will have 1 month to schedule their first Coaching session. (Please note that while the user will have 1 month to schedule the first session, our booking page will only display availability for up to two weeks in the future.) The subscription start date will be set to the date of the first Coaching session and will renew on the same date each month thereafter.
If a user does not schedule their first Coaching session within 1 month of purchase, the subscription start date will be set to the purchase date. The subscription will renew one month after the purchase date and on the same date each month thereafter.
Live Coaching Subscription Cancellation Policy
All users have the option to cancel their monthly subscription via their online portal at fluent-forever.com:
- Log into the portal at https://fluent-forever.com/s/login.
- Once logged in, select the profile icon on the upper right → Account.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select the Cancel button next to the relevant subscription.
Fluent Forever does not provide partial refunds or credit for subscriptions canceled prior to the end of the subscription period; however, users will have access to their Coaching sessions until the end of their subscription period. (All Attendance Policy details (see below) will still apply.)
Please note that our Customer Happiness Team may take up to 72 hours to reply to help requests. If a user requires assistance canceling a subscription, please contact our Customer Happiness Team at https://help.fluent-forever.com at least 72 hours prior to the subscription renewal date to ensure that assistance is provided prior to the subscription renewal.
Live Coaching Refund Policy
Both Live Coaching subscriptions and Bootcamp purchases are fully refundable up to 24 hours after the initial purchase by initiating a refund via the online portal at fluent-forever.com. After 24 hours, purchases are non-refundable. All subscription renewals are non-refundable. For questions, please contact our Customer Happiness Team at https://help.fluent-forever.com.
Fluent Forever App
Users with no current app subscription
If a user does not have a Fluent Forever app subscription at the time of their Live Coaching purchase, the app will be included in the price of the Live Coaching subscription. When a Live Coaching subscription is canceled, the user will lose access to the app unless they purchase a separate app subscription at fluent-forever.com.
Users with an app subscription purchased via the Fluent Forever website
If a user has an app subscription that was purchased via the Fluent Forever website, the price of the app will be included in the Live Coaching subscription. The renewal date for the app subscription will be paused, and the user will not be charged for as long as the Live Coaching subscription remains active. When the Live Coaching subscription is canceled, the app subscription will automatically renew on its original scheduled renewal date.
Users with an app subscription purchased via a third-party app store
The price of the app is included with a Live Coaching subscription only for users with no current app subscription and users with an app subscription purchased on the Fluent Forever website. Fluent Forever does not manage and cannot modify or refund subscriptions purchased directly via the app stores, and the standard app subscription fees still apply. A user with an app subscription that was purchased via a third party may cancel the subscription via the third-party store if they would like the app access to be included with their Live Coaching subscription instead.
The price of the app will automatically be included in the Live Coaching subscription for as long as the subscription remains active. When a Live Coaching subscription is canceled, the user will need to purchase an app subscription separately at fluent-forever.com or via a third-party app store to have continued access to their Coaching study materials.

Coaching Session Attendance Policies
Coaching Session Rescheduling Policy
- Coaching sessions may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice by logging into the portal at fluent-forever.com.
- All canceled Coaching sessions may be rescheduled, provided they take place prior to the program’s end date.
- All Coaching sessions must be canceled and/or scheduled through the user’s portal at fluent-forever.com. Cancellation or rescheduling requests sent through any other means of communication are considered invalid and will not be honored.
Coaching Session No-Show Policy
- Users will be considered a no-show if they miss a scheduled Coaching session and fail to cancel the session through fluent-forever.com with at least 24 hours advance notice.
- Fluent Forever coaches are required to attend every Coaching session, even if the user is late or no-show. Out of respect for our coaches’ time, users who no-show multiple consecutive sessions will forfeit their reserved Coaching time slot. The maximum number of permissible no-show sessions is dependent upon the subscription program, as outlined in the table below:

3 consecutive no-show sessions
5 consecutive no-show sessions
- If a user exceeds the maximum permissible no-show sessions as outlined in the table above, the following will occur:
- The user’s future Coaching sessions will be canceled, and missed Coaching sessions may not be recuperated.
- The user’s Live Coaching subscription will remain active. The user may select a new Coaching time slot(s) and/or coach in their portal at fluent-forever.com. We do not guarantee that the user’s previous coach or time slot(s) will be available.
- The user’s Live Coaching subscription will remain active until the user cancels via their online portal at fluent-forever.com.
- Users will be charged when they purchase a Bootcamp
- Users must register to a specific Bootcamp date when they purchase
- Users will get free access to the app for the duration of their Bootcamp
- Users who do not attend the Bootcamp or are not able to attend all scheduled sessions will not be eligible for a refund, or to reschedule or transfer their purchase
- Users may request a refund through the online portal for the first 24 hours after purchase

From time to time, Fluent Forever will make one-off, 20-minute trial sessions available for users to purchase. They work as follows:
- Users will be charged when they purchase a trial session
- Once they purchase, users will have 1 month to schedule their Coaching session
- Coaching sessions can only be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance. They cannot be scheduled further into the future
- Users will get free app access from the moment they purchase the trial to 1 week after their trial Coaching session
- Users who never schedule a session will get 1 month’s app access from the date of purchase
- Coaching trials can be purchased only once per Fluent Forever account
- Coaching trials are not refundable
