Can I add my own words and sentences to the app?

The short answer is: yes!

Adding words

You are able to add any word you want in the app, as long as it is a real word that exists in the dictionary.

When you launch the app, click the book icon in the navigation bar at the bottom. This will take you to the Self-Guided Learning tab, where you will find the Words option:

Use the search bar to add any word that exists in the dictionary:

Once you search the word, the app will provide available translations and suggest images for it.

If you don’t see any results or there are no suggested translations for the word, you can add it with the Custom Translation option:

Adding sentences

You can now add your own sentences to the app via the Add Your Own Content tool.

Go to the Self-Guided Learning tab, where you will find this option:

Here you can add your sentences to create flashcards with them. And the best thing of all is that you will find an automatic translation tool that will allow you to convert your sentences to your target language effortlessly.

Type your sentence in English in the top bar, and then click on Generate Translation.

Now all you have to do is click the Add button at the top of the screen, and after that, you can choose the images you want to use for your flashcard:

And just like that, you can continue learning using your favorite words and sentences!
