Why am I not receiving my password reset emails?


 If you are here reading this, then maybe you've forgotten your password. Don't worry - it happens to the best of us!

You've probably been trying to reset your password, but haven't been receiving the password reset emails to your inbox. There might be a couple of reasons why this happening:

1. The email went to your Spam folder

Spam filters work in mysterious ways and sometimes even emails that do not look like spam at all may become prisoners of your Spam folder. You might want to check if the email is there.

2. You signed up with Google, Facebook, or your Apple ID

If you used the Google, Facebook, or the Apple ID options when you originally signed up, you'll need to use the same method to log in. So if you happen to have a Google, a Facebook, or an Apple ID account associated with the same email, you might need to try these alternatives. If you used one of these, then you won't be receiving password reset emails as you are using your Google/Facebook/Apple ID password which we don't have in our system.

3. You signed up with a different email address

You might not be receiving the reset emails because your email might not be in our system. You may want to check if you created your Fluent Forever account with a different email address and request a password reset for it.
