Summary: Switch to the language you want to reset in the app, then go to Settings > Reset All Data.
We get it — sometimes you just want a fresh start. Whether you’re feeling stuck, haven’t used the app in a while, or simply want to begin again, resetting your progress can help you move forward with a clean slate.
Important: Resetting your data will only affect the language you're currently working on in the app. For example, if you're in Japanese, only your Japanese data will be reset.
To reset your data:
Log in and switch to the language you'd like to reset.
Tap the toolbar button in the lower right corner to open Settings.
3. Once in Settings, scroll down to the Reset All Data option under Language Settings:
Note: If you're a backer and your subscription hasn’t been activated yet, you won’t see this option in the Settings menu.
Tick the checkbox to confirm you understand this action can’t be undone.
Press and hold the Reset All Data button for 3 seconds. A countdown will appear, and then you’ll be taken to a page where you can select your level again.
Note: You need to hold for the full 3 seconds — releasing early will cancel the action.
