Fluent Forever’s Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your 14-day free trial

The Fluent Forever app subscription plans come with a 14-day free trial during which you can try out the app and all of the available languages. If your free trial experience does not meet your expectations or you run into issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Happiness Team for assistance.

You can cancel your free trial at any point during the first 14 days, and you will not be charged the total plan amount. No questions asked, no small print. 

Autorenewing app subscriptions

Fluent Forever has an autorenewing periodic subscription system in place to ensure that you don’t lose access to your app and progress. Once your initial or any subsequent subscription term is up, it will renew automatically for the period you originally subscribed for unless you cancel in advance of the renewal date.

You can cancel your Fluent Forever app subscription anytime before your upcoming renewal date. Once you do, you will still be able to use the app for the remaining time of your subscription term. 

For subscriptions purchased through our portal, you can manage, change, and cancel your subscription by logging in to your account. 

Can I request a refund?

At Fluent Forever, we completely understand that life happens and that priorities can change at any time. While we operate a no-refund policy on app subscriptions, if you feel that now is not the ideal moment to focus on your language learning goals, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team, who will guide you further.

How do I cancel if I subscribed via an app store?

Please note that if you purchase your subscription via the Google Play Store or the App Store, you will need to cancel from your corresponding account in the store directly. Fluent Forever does not itself manage these subscriptions, and their cancellation and refund policies strictly depend on the app store policies applicable in your region.

Managing your account and subscription

You can view, change, and manage your Fluent Forever account and app subscription information at any point via your account on our portal

When you first sign up to the Fluent Forever app, you will be prompted to choose from four different login methods: username and password, Google, Apple ID, or Facebook authentication. To access your account at any time, you will need to use the email and login method combination you originally selected when creating the account. 

Why can’t I see my account and subscription information?

If you have trouble accessing your account and subscription information on our portal, make sure you are using the correct email address and login method combination associated with your Fluent Forever account. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to our team for assistance.

Why did my subscription renew after I uninstalled the app or stopped using it?

Uninstalling or deleting the Fluent Forever app from your phone will not cancel your subscription or trial. If you wish to cancel, you must follow the relevant instructions found here
