If you're comfortable with Anki at this point, then we'd jump straight to making grammar flashcards with the 625 words using the new Syntax and Other Stuff card (from the '3 new card types' article). The approach we use for generating those sentences/grammar flashcards for the 625 words is over here: https://fluent-forever.com/italki-tutor-guide/ (basically instead of just learning with pictures, we can have a tutor help us make example sentences for each word instead so that we don't have to wait to learn grammar).
If Anki is still terrifying, then start with 2. Picture Words until it's comfy, then switch over to the new sentence-based approach.
On a side note, we will be developing a "Learn Any Language" feature in the Fluent Forever App that users will be able to use to learn unsupported languages. You will be able to work with a tutor to create flashcards for spelling rules, minimal pairs, translate basic vocabulary, and create sentences. For more information about how this is going to work in the app, please don't hesitate to check this article.
