Summary: Depending on whether you subscribed via our portal, the App Store, or Google Play, the process is different.
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, we’ve made the process as simple as possible. The steps will depend on where you originally purchased your subscription:
Website subscriptions → Cancel directly through our website (https://fluent-forever.com)
In-app subscriptions (iOS App Store or Google Play Store) → Cancel through the store where you purchased
Subscriptions Taken Via Our Website
There are two ways to access your account:
Open the Fluent Forever app → go to Settings → Cancel Subscription / End App Access, OR
Go directly to https://fluent-forever.com/ in your web browser
Once you’re logged in, follow these steps:
Select your profile in the upper right corner → Account
Click Subscriptions
Select Cancel and follow the prompts
This will stop the subscription and make sure that you will not be charged anymore once your subscription expires. For more information, check our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

For your account’s security, our team may request identity verification before making any changes on your behalf.
💡Tip: Make sure you’re logging in with the same email and method you originally used (Google, Apple ID, Facebook, or username/password).
Subscriptions Taken Via Google Play
If you subscribed on an Android device, cancellation must be done through Google Play.
On your phone:
Open the Google Play Store (ensure you’re logged in with the correct account)
Tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Select your Fluent Forever subscription
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions
On your computer:
Go to play.google.com (logged in with the correct account)
Click My subscriptions on the left
Select your Fluent Forever subscription
Click Manage → Cancel subscription

Subscriptions Taken Via the iOS App Store
If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to cancel through your Apple account:
On your device, go to Settings
Tap your name → iTunes & App Store
Tap your Apple ID → View Apple ID (sign in if prompted)
Tap Subscriptions
Select your Fluent Forever subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
