Summary: You may be logged in to the wrong account via the wrong email address or the wrong login method.
If you see a message telling you to subscribe, even though you already have an active subscription, don’t worry — this usually means you’re logged into the wrong account.
Here are two quick checks to help you find your subscription:
1. Check your email address
Check the inbox where you received your subscription confirmation or invoice. Make sure you’re logging into the app with that exact same email address.
2. Check your login method
When creating an account, you can choose from four login options:
Username and password
Google
Apple
Facebook
If you signed up with Google, for example, but try logging in later with your email and a password, the app will treat this as a completely different account (with no subscription attached).
Try logging in again using the method you originally chose.
