Will we be able to add our own sentences and have native speakers proofread them in the new app?

Language is awesome and dynamic, and we know that exposure to loads of it is critical for learning. This is one of the reasons why we have plans in the future to create a "community database," which will allow users to input sentences for other users to review and study and learn. Of course, we want to make sure that what's being shared is high quality, too.

When you submit custom sentences, a native speaker will approve it for entry into the community database - we want to make sure that 100% of sentences in this database are high quality. You guys deserve only the best, from us and each other, after all. ðŸ˜€

We are also planning to allow users to ask questions about sentences that are in the community database, which other users can answer. We're hoping to set up a neat incentive system for folks who provide high quality answers to their peers. Keep an eye out for updates!
